Refund Policy: Please note that the 1-week trial fee is non-refundable, regardless of the performance of our systems during that period. Also note that refunds are issued only if the systems generated a negative number of pips during the months in which your subscription runs. For example, if your 2-month subscription begins on 15-Jan and ends on 15-Mar then you will get a refund if our systems generated a negative number of pips during the full months of January, February and March combined. Refunds are paid back through PayPal™ (or wire transfer etc.) within 2 months of subscription expiry.
