Below are answers to frequently asked
questions. This information will give you a better idea of our service. If your
questions remain unanswered, feel free to contact us. How
does it work? It’s really very simple! You subscribe by
purchasing a license to use our software for a certain period (1 week, 2, 4
or 6 months) and then you follow the signals that the software generates.
When the software tells you to buy (sell), you buy (sell) and so on. At the
end of your license period, we will count the number of pips our systems
generated, and if the number is negative (a loss) we will send you back your
money! Note: the refund does not apply to the 1-week trial. Read through the
web pages and the questions below for more details. How
do we generate trading alerts? We have developed two trading systems
(models) that have been developed in-house by highly experienced traders.
These systems work with various analytical models to generate trading alerts
that tell you when and where to perform transactions on the GBPUSD currency
pair. These alerts are delivered to you through our software and server. Are
the results real or simulated? The results shown on this website are all
real and are not simulated. Our systems have been running under real/live
market conditions since January 2006. During this time, the systems have
produced the results shown on this website. Please visit the performance page
for more details. Do we
guarantee that the systems will win? Unfortunately no one can guarantee that the
systems will win during a certain period of time. However, our systems have
performed very well in the past and will probably continue doing so in the
future. There have been very few losing months and many winning months. What
we guarantee is that we will give you your money back if our systems don’t
generate a profit during your subscription period. How
will you know if the systems loose? At the end of your subscription period, we
will send you a full recap of the trades performed during your subscription
with a sum of the total pips generated during the period. If the total number
of pips generated was negative, you will be entitled for a refund. Of course,
you can choose to extend your subscription instead of getting a refund.
Refunds are paid back to you within 2 months after your subscription expiry
date. What
if I miss some trades or enter the positions after the market moves? Missing a few trades is almost inevitable but
this has proved to be a minor issue. Our clients rarely come out as losers
when we have a winning month. It’s okay to miss a few trades because it won’t
affect your overall results drastically. If you receive an alert after the
market has moved you can still take the position as long as the price is less
than 100 pips away from our recommended price. In many cases, you will
receive better entry prices than us, which will boost your performance
further. What
if your results are different from our results? As mentioned in the previous question and
answer, our clients rarely come out with results that are very different from
ours. This is because of many reasons. First, missing a few trades will not drastically
affect your overall performance. Second, in many cases, you will receive
better entry prices than us, which will boost your performance further. Due
to these factors, many of our clients actually outperform our systems while
following our signals! How
have our clients been performing so far? In many cases, our clients receive better
entry prices than us because the market usually moves against us in the first
few minutes after a signal has been issue. Due to such factors, many of our

will you receive the software? After your payment has been confirmed by our
authorized reseller, you will automatically receive a download link from our
reseller. Click that link to download the software. Your login details will
be sent to you within 12 hours of payment (usually less). How
will you install and run the software? Just run the installation program that you
downloaded and follow the instructions. You can install the software in any
location on your computer. You can also install the software on several
computers but you will only be able to run the software on one computer at a
time. How
will you know when a new trading alert is generated by the systems? When there’s a new trading alert, the
software will display flashing lights and sound off an alarm. This alert will
continue flashing and ringing until you manually dismiss it. Our software
does not delivered alerts by email for security reasons. What
should I do if I’m facing trouble? Just let us know and we’ll help you through
it. Our clients have access to our chat line support as well as email
support. You will receive instructions on how to chat with us upon
subscription. If you are not a client you may contact us by email using the

hours a day to help you with any difficulties you may encounter so don’t
